Renovation of a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Lydig Construction, Inc. (the General Contractor/Construction Manager) is requesting sealed proposals from Contractors for the following Bid Packages: BP #2.1 - Demolition & Abatement BP #2.2 - Building Structures BP #2.3 - HVAC BP #2.4 - Plumbing BP #2.5 - Earthwork, Utilities & Site Demolition. The project consists of various improvements to Avista Stadium to comply with Major League Baseball requirements, being completed under an aggressive phased schedule to work around the baseball season. Phase 1 of the project includes improvements to the home & visiting team clubhouses, a new grounds maintenance building, and a new strength & conditioning building. Bids will be accepted prior to the date and time listed above for this bid release. The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. Note that the GC/CM will be submitting a bid for BP #2.2 - Building Structures. A representative of the Owner will receive and open bids for that bid package. Deadline for questions prior to bid is August 31, 2023 at 3:00 PM (PDT). Questions should be directed to Brian Kromm at bkromm@lydig.com.
