No bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding 60 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive as an informality any irregularities in the bids received. Project estimate is currently about $8.7 million with sales tax and $8.1 million without sales tax. This includes escalation as well.
