The minimum bid for 5 Waitt Drive is $889,200, for 7 Waitt Drive the minimum bid is $889,200 and for 9 Waitt Drive the minimum bid is $889,200. The minimum bid can be met through the granting of an affordability restriction limiting the units to 80% of AMI in perpetuity. If the successful proposer has a contract with a broker any broker fees as a result of this transaction will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
