Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The improvement includes phased construction of a new plant entrance with parking lot, site roadways, storm water improvements, new entrance guard house, and demolition of the existing site entrance. This project also includes construction of two truck waste sampling buildings, remodel and expansion of existing plant main control room, installation of a new comprehensive security system in new and existing buildings, HVAC, plumbing, electrical improvements, and all necessary materials, equipment, labor, and associated work, all in accordance with the contract documents, including Plan File No. 656-001/160, located at the Wastewater Reclamation Facility, 3000 Vandalia Road, Des Moines, Iowa. Plan File No. 656-001/160 This project shall be fully completed not later than July 31, 2025 and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. The Des Moines Metropolitan Wastewater Reclamation Authority (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
