Renovation of a conference / convention center in Monterey, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.

General work description: In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, demolition of the existing two-cell cooling tower, demolition of the existing 75-ton air cooled chiller, demolition of the existing chilled water pump, installation of a new cooling tower, installation of a new air-cooled chiller, installation of new chilled water pumps, water balance the chillers, cooling tower and associated pumps, water balance the air handling units chilled water coils, and patch and repair the roof at locations impacted by the new equipment supports.
