A timeline for award has not yet been established.** This project will provide shoulder repair, road reconstruction, and culvert repair to Chimney Rock Road MP 6.592 in Lake Nacimiento. These corrective repairs are needed to ensure safe passage by the public, commercial traffic, and emergency vehicles. Bids must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashiers check, or a bidders bond in favor of the County in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted total Bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the County with payment and performance bonds, with each issued by a California admitted surety insurer equal to 100% of the Contract Price. Per the Notice to Bidders, all Requests for Information must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m., 5 business days (9/15/23) prior to the bid opening date.
