The City of West Hollywood wishes to seek the services of a qualified firm that can provide code enforcement services as part of a pilot program to conduct proactive inspections of rent stabilized residential units located throughout the City. The selected company will be working directly with City of West Hollywood Code Enforcement personnel. The City seeks to award one contract to a qualified firm to provide Proactive Code Enforcement Inspections of Rent Stabilized Residential Units located throughout the City of West Hollywood as part of a Pilot Program. The City anticipates entering into an agreement for this work based on a not-to-exceed contract amount. There are 16,516 Rent Stabilized Residential Units in 1,876 Buildings located throughout the City. We are seeking 2 fulltime Code Enforcement Officers to conduct inspections of these units. The CITY is seeking two full-time Code Enforcement Officers for a one-year time period through the end of the CITY's Fiscal Year, June 30, 2024. No proposer may withdraw its submission for a period of ninety (90) days after the date from the opening thereof.
