Boundary and topographic survey drawing to include land survey, tree survey, and topographical survey. Coupland ISD invites qualified firms to submit qualifications for Land Surveying services for the Coupland ISD 2023 Bond Projects for a New Middle School Campus for 300 students with administration, classrooms, science labs, kitchen and dining, media center, fine arts classrooms, competition size gymnasium with seating for 300, locker rooms, weight room, grass field with track and lights, field seating for 400, concession/restroom building, OSSF (on-site septic facilities), utilities, on-site sidewalks/drives/parking, and off-site road improvements. The New Middle School will be built in phases on approximately 61.5 acres of district owned land. Pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Government Code, Chapter 2269.058 and Chapter 2254.004, it is the intention of the Coupland Independent School District (District) to select a qualified Professional Land Surveyor Firm to provide land surveying services for this project Coupland Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all submissions, to waive any informality or irregularity in the submissions received, and will accept the response(s) determined to be in the best interests of the District.
