Remove and dispose of existing dry-pipe automatic fire sprinkler system and replace with new complete wet-pipe automatic fire sprinkler system in all areas shown on the As-Builts: including installation of the water service and meter, and all components required by CBC and Fire Department's requirements. Additionally, Contractor is responsible to connect the system to the existing fire alarm system for final approval through DSD and Fire Department. This scope includes all work required to develop complete System Drawings to be prepared and signed by a Professional Licensed Engineer and all coordination and testing required by DSD, Public Utilities Department, and Fire Department for issuance of permit. Contractor to field verify the location of the existing fire sprinkler system.
