Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Gallatin, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Responses to an Invitation to Bid will be received by the Purchasing Supervisor, Sumner County Board of Education, 1500 Airport Road, Gallatin, TN 37066 for 20230913 Bleacher Demolition All bids can be viewed online. The proposed demolition sites shall be available to prospective Contractors to survey and assess the current conditions to determine the extent of demolition services required. A structural report for each location below is included. It is the Contractor's responsibility to assess the demolition site thoroughly. SCS personnel shall be made available, at the Contractor's request, during the site visit. The Contractor will be required to coordinate the request for SCS personnel with the SCS Maintenance Department (615-451-5255). All notifications must be sent to the Purchasing Supervisor via email at purchasing@sumnerschools.org. The goal of this policy is for Sumner County Board of Education employees and contractors to remain, or become and remain, drug-free. Abuse and dependency on alcohol and/or drugs can seriously affect the health of employees, contractors and citizens, jeopardize personal safety, impact the safety of others and impair job performance.
