Renovation of a parking garage in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The Denver Zoo invites bidders to submit proposals for structural repairs to the Denver Zoos multi-level underground parking garage. The expansion joints and construction joints at various locations on each level of the parking structure are failing and/or showing signs of deterioration. There are also 3 columns showing signs of deterioration with exposed rebar which need to be repaired. In order to ensure the functional longevity of the parking structure, the effected joints, walls and columns will need to be repaired and/or replaced. The goal for these repairs is to extend the serviceable life of the parking structure. The Total Project Cost should be provided on a time & materials basis with unit costs identified and a rough order of magnitude for the units of labor, material, and equipment to be employed, separately for each level of the parking structure and the ramp. Mark-ups, including sub-contractor mark-ups, must be clearly identified.
