**As of December 1, 2023 project was awarded to Maguire Iron Inc., Construction will start on 12/13/23 and part 2 on 3/19/24 .** The Project consists of improvements to the water storage tower generally described as ladders, cable safety climbs, ladder gates, balcony handrail adjustments, "walk-through" installation, manway improvements, riser drum improvements, top section of riser improvements, riser drum replacement, removal of interior spider rods, welding of tank roof, removal of tank float system, weld roof to shell, installation of riser grate, overflow pipe install, access hatch improvements, installation of new vent, exterior coating system, interior coating system, and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified. Alternate No. 1 shall be the installation of a complete mixing system and associated work. Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. must register or log-in to view and/or download Bidding Documents. Complete sets of Bidding Documents must be used in preparing Bids; neither Owner nor Engineer assumes any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents.
