The U.S. Forest Service, Department of Agriculture, is soliciting proposals on a Women Owned Small Business set aside basis from all interested businesses having the capability to perform the work described below. Description of Work: Replace the existing grouted riprap streambank structure on Oak creek adjacent to the campground with a stepped, concrete wall extending into the bed of the stream. This project would also improve the campground access road by stabilizing the low-water crossing to prevent undercutting. This project is necessitated by repeated failures of portions of the existing riprap structure and undermining of the existing low-water crossing. Detailed description of work is outlined in RFP Attachment 1: Statement of Work Type of Procurement: A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded, requiring submission of both a technical and price proposal.
