The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following Base Bid and Alternate Bids for: 1. General Contract: Provide site demolition and construction including a new parking lot system All questions shall be directed in writing to: Ryan Dodd - ryan@doddarchitects.com, Dodd Architects, PLLC, 151 Leigh Ave, Anna, IL 62906 General Contract: Provide site demolition and construction including a new parking lot system. Use of Site: Limit use of Project site to work in areas indicated. Do not disturb portions of Project site beyond areas in which the Work is indicated. 1. Limits: Confine construction operations to areas under construction. Access inside building will be prohibited. 2. Allow for Owner Occupancy of the Project Site and use by the public. 3. Protection: Provide dust control measures to ensure safety of adjacent areas and objects. This work will be coordinated and installed with guidance of Project Owner. 4. Driveways, Walkways and Entrances: Coordinate construction of site and parking areas so that portions of driveways, loading areas, and entrances serving premises are clear and available to Owner, Owner's employees, and emergency vehicles at all times. Do not use these areas for parking or storage of materials. a. Schedule deliveries to minimize use of driveways and entrances by construction operations. b. Schedule deliveries to minimize space and time requirements for storage of materials and equipment on-site.
