Seaholm High School Renovations and Site Improvements Description: This project consists of renovations to the Seaholm Highschool including flooring, bathrooms, parking lot extension, new front entrance, and classroom upgrades. Bids shall be prepared in accordance with specifications outlined in Request for Bid. No other request for Bid change notifications (addendums) will be honored. Bids shall be submitted electronically Bid security by a quality surety in the form of a bid bond, cashier check, or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid/Quote/Proposal amount shall be submitted with the Bid. The right to reject any or all Bids, either in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, is reserved by Birmingham Public Schools.
