Estimated cost of the associated project construction including construction contingency and construction engineering: $1.1M The scheduled bid-let date for the associated construction contract: November 2026 Estimated date for completion of the A&E and Related Services required under this RFP: December 2026 Estimated range of costs for the A&E and Related Services required under this RFP: $350K to $450K. The schedule for performance of Services needed under the prospective Contract is approximately January 2024 to December 2026 for Phase 1. Completion of Phase 2, if applicable, is approximately December 2027. A DBE participation goal of 8.5% has been assigned for the Contract. Agency may reject any or all Proposals and may cancel this RFP at any time if doing either would be in the public interest as determined by Agency. In no event shall Agency have any liability for the cancellation of this solicitation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
