Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lyons, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project is for construction of: Sidewalk and road improvements consisting of traffic & pedestrian control, curb installation, concrete shared path sidewalk/driveways, pedestrian ramps and bulb-outs, curb inlets, bike ramps, asphalt concrete pavement, aggregate base, painted road striping, roadway markings, thermoplastic crosswalks, road signs, and rapid flashing signs - ODOT style. All pre-Bid questions and responses will be posted on online. There will be no mandatory pre-bid conference, but contractors are encouraged to visit the site in advance. This contract is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 regarding prevailing wage rates. This project is being fully funded by the City of Lyons and the ODOT Safe Routes to School grant. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any technicalities or informalities in connection with the bids. No Bidder may withdraw their bid until thirty (30) days after the bid opening. Question Deadline 04/23/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
