Question Deadline 02/02/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Deadline for solicitation protests, requests for change, requests for clarification, requests for approval of equivalents, and questions PROJECT DESCRIPTION The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for the ODF Santiam Fire & Administrative Buildings (the "Project") for the benefit of the Oregon Department of Forestry(the "Contract"). The work to be performed under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for and incidental to the completion of all construction Work in connection with the Project in strict accordance with the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to Attachment B-- Technical Specifications and Attachment C--Plans and Drawings (the "Work"). The Work, includes, but is not limited to: The purpose of this ITB is to seek bids and award a construction contract for the replacement of both the ODF Santiam Office structure destroyed in the 2020 Labor Day Fires and the adjacent Fire Shop structure, both located at 22965 North Fork Road SE, Lyons, OR 97358.The Project will involve the construction of two single-story building; a fire building with shop area as well as an administrative office building. As part of this project, the existing surface parking lot will also require modifications. Additionally, a stormwater retention pond will be constructed in the southern portion of the site. This work in this section includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and performing all work required for the removal and disposal of concrete, miscellaneous structures, water piping as designated for removal, debris, buildings, fences and other items or improvements of manmade origin, in accordance with the Plans and these Specifications. B. The owner's water distribution system is compromised ductile iron, polyvinyl chloride, Transite, and other materials. C. The removal work described herein does not include the removal or disposal of items or improvements designated to remain. D. The area in which removal work, under these Specifications, is to be performed shall be confined to the minimum dimensions, within the public right-of-way or easements, which will permit proper construction of the proposed improvements, or as otherwise indicated.
