Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Corp Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
The Contractor is to provide a complete design and MRR Action to restore the sterilization area which includes but is not limited to demolition work, MEP, structural, architectural, communications, new sterilization equipment (see attached PRCR), etc. The government shall perform required sterilization in separate dental clinic during construction. This task order shall be performed in a two phased approach; therefore, a transition facility is not required by the contractor. Primary structure, support walls and floor are intended to remain intact unless replacement is deemed necessary. Failed and failing systems shall be replaced with modern engineering systems as outlined below. Failed and failing finishes shall be replaced with new architectural finishes throughout the area. Work also includes replacement/repair of roof and mechanical infrastructure requirements addressed. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Magnitude of Construction: $2M - $4M Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = TBD calendar days
