Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corp Christi, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project Scope description: bid is cancelled as per docs . Lakeview Park - Repair Existing Trellis Structure, Concrete Pad with Foundation and Shade Structure (10'x10'), and 4" Concrete Sidewalk Stony Brook Park - Wood-Frame Gazebo Structure, Demotion Existing Sidewalk, and 4" Concrete Sidewalk Holly Park - Construction of New Header Curb, 4" Concrete Base, Game Time Poured in Place playground surface (cushion and base), Game Time Huron Peak Playground Structure, Game Time Square Hip Shade Structure (44'x34'), and 4" Concrete Sidewalk Term The work is to be substantially completed within 120 days. April 10, 2024 by 4:00 PM Requests for Clarification from Bidders are due April 17, 2024 Responses to Requests for Clarification will be posted via Addendum July 2024 Projected Date Award of Contract August 2024 Anticipated Notice to Proceed Bid Opening The public in-person bid opening shall be held via WebEx video conference. Bid Security Requirements - Bidders must submit an acceptable Bid Security with their Bid as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the Project with the Owner within 10 days of Notice of Award of the Contract. The security must be payable to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the greatest amount bid Insurance/Payment and Performance Bonds - After award of the contract insurance certificates along with applicable Payment and Performance bonds will be required to be submitted for approval before work can begin on the project. Insurance must comply with the Insurance Requirements outlined in this RFB. Bonds must comply with Texas Government Code 2253 and be in the form approved by the City Attorney.
