April 10, 2024 by 4:00 PM Requests for Clarification from Bidders are due April 17, 2024 Responses to Requests for Clarification will be posted via Addendum July 2024 Projected Date Award of Contract August 2024 Anticipated Notice to Proceed Bid Opening The public in-person bid opening shall be held via WebEx video conference. Bid Security Requirements - Bidders must submit an acceptable Bid Security with their Bid as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the Project with the Owner within 10 days of Notice of Award of the Contract. The security must be payable to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the greatest amount bid Insurance/Payment and Performance Bonds - After award of the contract insurance certificates along with applicable Payment and Performance bonds will be required to be submitted for approval before work can begin on the project.
