This is a request for proposal for Wastewater Treatment Plant Chemicals. This is a request for proposal of chemicals to be used for wastewater treatment as mentioned in APPENDIX A. It is the City's preference to award the contract to one vendor, but the City reserves the right to choose secondary vendors also. This RFP is for an annual price agreement for Fiscal Year October 1, 2023 - September 30, 2024. Quantities are estimated and may not be the exact amount. The City reserves the right to reject any proposals, request additional information concerning any proposals for clarification, and waive any irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST) Deadline for inquiries, questions, or requests for information regarding RFP 2023-029 - WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT CHEMICALS. All questions must be submitted in writing by E-mail: pwadmin@palestine-tx.org. After your response to this RFP is submitted, the City will negotiate a final price, which City Council will approve on September 11, 2023
