After your response to this RFP is submitted, the City will negotiate a final price, which City Council will approve on September 11, 2023. Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST) Deadline for inquiries, questions, or requests for information regarding RFP 2023-024 LABOR ONLY - 24-INCH SEWER CREEK CROSSING ON FM 1990. All questions must be submitted in writing by E-mail: pwadmin@palestine-tx.org This is a request for proposal for LABOR ONLY - 24-INCH SEWER CREEK CROSSING ON FM 1990. Replacement of 24-inch sewer creek crossing. Install 140 feet of 36-inch casing; 1/2- inch wall thickness; install 160 feet of 24-inch C900; install twenty-one (21) casing spacers, tie in both sides of creek crossing, and install eight (8) H-braces made from 8-inch casing on two creek crossings; 1/4-inch wall thickness filled with concrete. Bypass pumping is required. Hall in rip rap to fill in washed-out areas. By-pass pumping is required and will need to be provided by the contractor. All other materials are provided by the City of Palestine.
