Ex isting Basement Alterations; storage room, evidence room, armory, IT room, mechanical room, janitor's closet. 1st Floor Alterations: new vestibule, waiting room, dispatch room, court clerk room, arrest pro- cessing, (2) handicap toilets, storage, janitor's closet. Site Work: storm drainage & structures, asphalt pave- ment, curbing, new electrical service, sidewalks, handicap parking. Each bidder must deposit with its bid a certified check of not less than five per centum (5%) of the base bid, or a bid bond with a Bonding Com- pany licensed to do business in the State of New York in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The Owner reserves its rights, in its sole discretion, to reject any and/or all bids, or to reject any non-complying bid or unqualified bidder.
