No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the County reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. If a Bidder contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed Project is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents, it may submit a written request for an interpretation thereof to the Design Professional's representative via email at brad@madstudiollc.com Question Deadline 09/25/2023 THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF INTERIOR ALTERATIONS AND PARTIAL CHANGE OF USE TO THE L2 FLOOR OF THE EXISTING RICHLAND COUNTY COURTHOUSE AND JAIL BUILDING. THE ALTERED AREA WAS MOST RECENTLY USED AS (I-3) INSTITUTION (JAIL/HOLDING CELLS) AND WAS PREVIOUSLY DEMOLISHED UNDER A PRIOR CONTRACT. THE AREA WILL BE RENOVATED AS (B) BUSINESS AREA FOR THE CLERKS OF COURTS OFFICES.
