The Federal Aviation Administration has a current requirement to replace roof on CAB and base building and replace rooftop HVAC units at the Mansfield, OH Air Traffic Control Tower. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking competent and qualified 8(a) small disadvantaged business Roofing Contractors interested in providing offers for the work described below General Statement of Work: TOWB MFD: Provide all labor, materials, supervision and transportation to replace the roof on the CAB and base building and replace the rooftop HVAC units at the Mansfield, OH Air Traffic Control Tower. 1. Contract performance time is 45 calendar days after notice-to-proceed 2. This procurement is expected to be an 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business Set Aside. However, this is subject to change based on responses to this public posting. 3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238160 - Roofing contractors 4. The Small Business Size Standard is $16.5 Million 5. The rough order of magnitude for this proposed construction project is between $200,000.00 and $300,000.00. 6. Site Visits are not mandatory, but may be requested. Information will be specified in the Request for Proposal. 7. This posting is for market survey purposes and is not a request for proposal (RFP) nor is it a request for quote (RFQ). The Request for Proposal Package is expected to be available early March 2022.
