The Town of Banff is inviting proposals from licensed Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) contractors for comprehensive HVAC maintenance and repair services at various town facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering full-service HVAC maintenance and repair services in accordance with the duties and responsibilities outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP), while adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Bidding firms must be ready to enter a contract (Agreement) immediately for the specified services and duties detailed in this RFP. The scope of work entails the provision of a comprehensive maintenance and management program, encompassing inspection, preventative maintenance, repair, programming, and other necessary tasks and services to ensure the safe and well-maintained operation of HVAC systems that provide quality air for town employees and the public. Preventive maintenance and repairs may involve various components such as rooftop variable air volume units, rooftop cooling/heating package units, exhaust fans, and water boilers. The chosen contractor will be responsible for supplying labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, service, and shop facilities required to execute high-quality work. Furthermore, the contractor will be responsible for the appropriate disposal of all used materials. The Town of Banff aims to establish long-term partnerships with highly qualified contractors.
