This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

It is the intent of the City of Philadelphia to acquire Chemical Root Treatment and Post Treatment CCTV Inspection of Wastewater Sewer Lines in accordance with Section 2 and Attachments A and B of this Invitation and Bid. CONTRACT TERM: Date of Award through One Year ("Initial Term"), with an option to renew for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods, ("the Renewal Term") exercisable, at the City's sole discretion, as of the expiration of the Initial Term or the current Renewal term. The City may, at its sole discretion, renew the contract for up to three (3) months at the beginning of each renewal period (the "Additional Performance Period"), if a decision has been made not to renew the contract for an entire year. In order to be eligible to sell Services, Supplies and Equipment, all vendors must be enrolled in the City's FY2024 Annual Bid Security Program. The program covers the time period from July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024. All sellers must pay the non-refundable Annual Bid Security Program fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00). Seller shall pay this fee electronically through the Revenue Department payment center here. Allow Electronic Quote: Yes Informal Bid Flag: No
