This project involves the rehabilitation of approximately 10,000 square feet of the main aircraft parking apron located east of Runway 2-20. The existing pavement surface has experienced significant wear and deterioration, requiring rehabilitation to ensure continued safe and efficient operations. The scope of work will include pavement milling, full-depth or partial-depth repairs as necessary, resurfacing, and pavement markings. Additional drainage improvements may be incorporated if necessary to enhance longevity and prevent further pavement degradation. As of September 10, 2025, this project is included in the City of Eloy's FY 2026-2031 CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed.
