The City of Chino Hills ("City") invites your organization to submit a written proposal to provide landscape maintenance services at the City's Nature Parks. The successful vendor will be awarded a contract for a five-year period. The proposal must clearly demonstrate how your organization would best satisfy the requirements of the City. The City of Chino Hills has a substantial number of parks. Several of the parks are Nature Parks, which require regular landscape maintenance. The City is seeking qualified landscape maintenance contractors to provide bids to maintain four specified Nature Park areas: Eucalyptus Nature Park Hickory Creek Nature Park - excluding the mitigation area* Hollow Run Nature Park Strickling Nature Park Please direct any questions or concerns to Alexis DalPont at adalpont@chinohills.org by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 21, 2023. Qualifications: C-27 Contractor's License Pest Control Applicator's License License & Permit Requirements: Contractor shall possess and maintain the following: a. C-27 contractor's license b. Pest Control Applicator's license, (QAL) from the Dept. of Pesticide Regulations, (DPR), State of California. Note: Contractor shall also obtain all local agency pest control licenses/permits as required. c. City of Chino Hills Business License
