Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chino Hills, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work comprises, but is not limited to: mobilization; 4-inch grind and removal of existing AC pavement; 12-inches of cement stabilized pulverized base; 2-inch AC overlay; clearing and grubbing/removal and excavation of unclassified earth material and vegetation; construct 3-foot wide crushed aggregate base shoulder; and all other relative work. 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. It shall be mandatory, upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and upon any subcontractor under him, to pay not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established by the City Council as they apply to the work being performed. Said prevailing rates are available from the State of California Department of Industrial Relations The Contractor shall possess a valid Class A Contractors license at the time of submitting bids.
