Renovation of a municipal facility in Hodgen, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to remove old shingles down to roof decking. Install moisture barrier, and a 26-gauge metal roof, facia, trim pieces, and ridge vent. The Area Biologist will make the final color determination. Once the tear off and new installation is complete, a magnet should be used to pick up any nails or screws within 20 feet of the structure in all directions. Field measurements will be the responsibility of the Contractor prior to submitting their bid. The successful Contractor will have 30 days from Notice to Proceed to complete the work outlined in the scope of work.
