Renovation of a military facility in Batavia, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Subcontractor shall perform all work as described in the of Work entitled "Exhibit A SOW_WO921094_NLE_EOL_HVAC_REPLACEMENT" dated August 10, 2023. All work shall include transportation, overhead, bonding costs, insurance, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required to construct the project described in the of work, and the detailed description contained herein. Except those already having a badge or being chaperoned, anyone attending the Pre-Proposal and is required to fill out an Access Request form (see link below) at least seven (7) days in advance of the scheduled date and preferably be a U.S. Citizen. Onsite access approvals are dependent on citizenship status and the (s) being visited. Upon request approval, the individual will receive an informal invitation letter with a QR code, which is required to be presented at the security gate, otherwise, access to Fermilab will be denied.
