There are four (4) roofing projects associated with this prequalification application process. Each project will be bid independently. .2. The Projects generally consist of the removal and replacement of existing roof systems at the noted schools as noted below: .3. Leesburg Elementary School = approximately 59,000 SF of new EPDM roofing systems and all associated supporting components. .4. Rolling Ridge Elementary School = approximately 77,000 SF of new EPDM roofing systems and all associated supporting components. .5. Sugarland Elementary School = approximately 59,000 SF of new EPDM roofing systems and all associated supporting components. .6. Harper Park Middle School = approximately 108,000 SF of new EPDM roofing systems and all associated supporting components Deadline for Questions: Tuesday, September 19, 2023 by 4:00 p.m Construction is anticipated to begin by June 15, 2024 Substantial Completion will be no later than August 2, 2024.
