Cherokee Nation Property Management, is seeking bids to construct a privacy fence surrounding the north generator (located in the north warehouse/ employee entry area), requirements for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, 777 W. Cherokee St., Catoosa, OK 74015. -Bid will include labor, equipment and materials necessary for the construction of fencing project. -need 6 foot privacy fence, 255 linear feet, consisting of 1 x 4" or 1 x 6" pickets, with 2-1/2" steel posts, 2 each 6' or 8' gates and 1 each 5 ft walkthru gate. -all labor, cleanup, hauloff of debris resulting from construction, etc. Is to be included. -all work will conform with applicable osha and cherokee nation health and safety standards in place. -traffic control/ barricades as needed to assure safe area of work is responsibility of contractor. This procurement is subject to Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office ("TERO") regulations that include a fee of 1/2 of 1% of total contract award and, if applicable, the completion of a TERO Labor Agreement and payment of associated fees. The successful bidder's award will be published on the Cherokee Nation's procurement website and their performance will also be measured, recorded, and reported to the Cherokee Nation. Licensing requirements may be required of the successful vendor(s) to be coordinated with the CNGC. These requirements may include licensing fees as well security and background checks of vendor(s) employees. BONDING NOTICE CNE generally requires payment and performance bonds for all construction contracts in excess of $100,000.
