As of November 7, 2023, contract awarded to Ameresco. RFQ - To Design, Build, Operate, Finance and/or Maintain the Jail and Annex Boiler and Chiller Project Request for Proposal/Qualifications. Grant County, Indiana (the County) is requesting Statements of Proposal/Qualifications from interested parties to design, build, operate, finance, and/or maintain the judicial center to be sited in the Grant County Jail and Annex Boiler and Chiller (the Project). In accordance with IC 5-23-5, the County invites any and all qualified parties to submit Statements of Proposal/Qualifications to enter a public-private partnership for delivery of the Project. PLEASE NOTE - CLARIFICATION FROM OWNER'S AGENT 9/18/23: 1. Where it asks for fire station experience, it is really asking for BOT and boiler / chiller experience. 2. Also, where it asks for exterior cleaning that is to clean any exterior that may be dirtied by the chiller project, not to clean the whole building exterior. This is a Public-Private Partnership Agreement (PPPA). The County has yet to determine a budget for the costs associated with the design, construction, furniture, fixtures, equipment, relocation, operation, and maintenance of this Project. All responses to submitted questions will be made available in written format to the Offerors via email.
