Renovation of an educational facility in New Philadelphia, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 132,578-square-foot educational facility.

This project entails the performance of the following work 1. Base bid & Alternates a. Third "A" wing hydronic boiler b. "A" wing chiller room emergency refrigerant ventilation c. Replacement of "B" wing electric reheat coils and VFD to AHU d. "E" wing domestic water recirculation pump controls e. Tech building lab terminal unit control upgrades 2. Other Work as indicated in the Contract Documents, but not necessarily described above. 3. Drawings, Use of: Do not scale the Drawings. If the Contractor chooses to calculate measurements by scaling the Drawings, it is at their own risk and is not considered to be an accurate measurement. The Contractor is responsible for the accuracy of measurements, elevations, lines, and grades of the Work. The subject site upon which this assessment was conducted is located on the Kent Campus in Kent, Ohio. The facility included in this Renovation Asbestos Survey was a five story approximately 275,670 square feet constructed in 1972. The structure was occupied at the time of the survey. The purpose of this asbestos survey was to provide general information regarding the presence, condition, and quantity of accessible and/or exposed friable and non-friable building materials that commonly contain asbestos prior to renovation activities in the identified areas of the structures. The Asbestos Survey was completed in general accordance with the authorized scope of work as identified in the contract between PSI and the client.
