The principal charge of the NHA Executive Board is to advance the organization's revitalized mission including the continued development and implementation of the NHA strategic plan as well as the recruitment, hiring, and oversight of its first Executive Director. To achieve this, the successful proposer will work in collaboration with the City of Bisbee, current NHA board members, the NHA strategic planning consultant, Camp Naco team members, and key project stakeholder & advisory groups.
