The Town of Smyrna desires quotations for replacing the main entrance manual doors with new automatic single sliding doors. The finish shall be dark bronze anodized. The preferred brand is Allegion Access Technologies. Specifications are for Stanley Dura Glide 3000 product or equivalent. Equals must be approved prior to bid opening by Pete Johnson. Removal of existing doors, glass, glazing and caulking shall be included. The old doors are to remain property of the Town. Exterior door configuration: 1 left hand and 1 right hand 89.5w X 92h with a transom to 104. The door will accept 1" insulated glass. Interior door configuration: 1 left hand and 1 right hand 91.5w X 92"h with a transom to 104". This door will accept 5.8" insulated glass. This door is designed with recessed exit devices and a solenoid lock to allow control by the facility access control system or by a push button at the Dispatch desk. The Town of Smyrna reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or informalities and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
