Site work for a road / highway in Smyrna, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
This project is to modify existing traffic signals from permissive green to Flashing Yellow Arrow (FYA) based on current TDOT standard details T-SG and the current version of the Road and Bridge Manual. The list of intersections is provided above. The Town of Smyrna reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or informalities and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. Owner and contractor recognize that time is of the essence of this agreement. Work is to be completed by the number of days stated on the Price Quotation page or agreed upon a date between the contractor and the Town. Bidders must agree to pay $200 per day each calendar day thereafter. Acts of God, unusual weather, etc. will be coordinated between the contractor and the Town.
