Reedsburg - My Home Estates Est. Completion Date: June 30, 2024 My Home Estates to include: the extension of Road A (+/- 500 LF), Road B (+/-2,100 LF, and Road C (+/- 250 LF) including clearing and grubbing, grading, rock excvation, base course, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt paving, restoration of the work area and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. 1. Award Contract (October 2023). 2. Notice to Proceed (October 2023). 3. Start Construction: Work may begin any time following the execution of the Contract documents and after the preconstruction meeting. Construction shall start no later than October 16, 2023. All work must proceed in a continuous manner once work begins. 4. Utilities and Base Aggregate must be installed on Road A and Road B, from Road A through Lot 7, by December 15, 2023. It is anticipated the Developer will start construction on the duplexes on Lots 2-7 in November 2023. Contractor shall build the pedestrian trail to the East to provide access to the building sites. Contractor to coordinate with owner, builder, and engineer as required. 5. Remaining utility and street work may be completed on the contractor's schedule to meet substantial completion date. 6. Substantial Completion: The asphalt patch in 8th Street shall be completed by November 1, 2023, or by the end of the 2023 paving season as approved by the engineer. The rest of the project shall be completed no later than June 15, 2024, as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the general conditions. Restoration of the site by June 15, 2024. 7. Final Completion: The work shall be complete and ready for final payment by June 30, 2024, as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the general conditions. Final completion shall include all work as shown on the Contract Drawings and detailed in these specifications, including all the items addressed in final project closeout punch list.
