Mobilize all necessary equipment, power, labor, and supplies and submittals to perform all contract work items. 2. Demolish and dispose of existing pier as specified in the Contract Documents. 3. Drive timber piles as specified or closely related in the Contract Documents. 4. Frame and deck pier as specified or closely related in the Contract Documents. 5. Install electrical service from existing BGE meter in accordance with Contract Documents. 6. Site cleanup and restoration of areas impacted by construction activities. 7.
