Restore approximately 2500 sq ft of drywall, 5000 sq ft of carpeting, and 1500 linear ft of rubber baseboard affected by water incursion. Include 12 rooms and hallways. Quantities of restoration products to be confirmed prior to contractor submitting bid in tender. NOTE: Rooms 083 and 085 are to have remaining carpet removed and all carpet to be replaced to match existing adjacent carpeting. Evaluate damage, create a restoration plan, and document existing condition. Drywall Restoration: install new moisture resistant drywall, tape, mud, sand, and paint to match original. Carpeting Restoration: install new carpeting, trim, and finish edges. Rubber Baseboard Replacement: install new baseboard to match existing, trim, and finish. Finishing Touches: Inspect, touch up paint, clean, and dispose of waste materials. NOTE : Deliverables: Restored rooms and hallways with replaced drywall, carpeting, and baseboard. Clean and debris-free environment.
