Work site: Various King County facilities located throughout Washington, primarily for the Wastewater Treatment Division. Subcontracting Opportunities: Instrumentation Controls, Cast-in-Place Concrete, Pacing, Demolition, Cutting and Patching, Trenching, Backfilling, and Compacting. Apprenticeship Requirements: 12% minimum Apprentice Utilization Requirement of the total labor hours worked during the contract. SCS Utilization Requirements. 10% minimum requirement for King County Certified Small Contractors and Suppliers (SCS) for the total price of all executed Work Orders. Bid Guaranty: Not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price. The work performed under this Contract shall not exceed $2,000,000 and the initial Contract Time shall not exceed 365 calendar days from the date of Contract Execution by the County. The County does not guarantee any minimum amount of work or that the dollar amount of the Work Orders issued will total $2,000,000 during the duration of this Contract. At the Countys sole discretion, this Contract may be extended for one additional year or until the Not to Exceed Contract Price is reached, whichever occurs first.
