The Village of La Grange invites Statements of Qualifications from IDOT pre-qualified engineering firms to assist the Village in completing engineering services for Phase III Construction engineering, for the Brainard Avenue/Shawmut Avenue Resurfacing Project. The Project located in La Grange, IL is being funded with STP funds administered through IDOT. The project must adhere to Village, FHWA and IDOT standards as required. The specific scope of work includes pavement resurfacing on Brainard Ave between 47th Street and Ogden Avenue (US Route 34) and on Shawmut Avenue between the IHB Railroad and End of Road. The Village expects that the project will be on the IDOT letting in January 2024 for construction. Construction is expected to start in the spring of 2024 and be completed in the fall of 2024. The construction budget for this project is $1.9 million. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
