Desired Substantial Completion Date: Not later than 270 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Desired Final Completion Date: Not later than 284 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Efficient construction timing and sequencing is critical due to requirements of ongoing business operations. The Owner reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at any time.
