Oak Street and Pearl Street Paving 900358 774 FT 10 Inch PVC Pipe; 13 EA Catch Basins with Bike Proof Grates; 117,112 SF Cold Plane Pavement Removal, 2 Inches Deep; 29,151 SF Cold Plane Pavement Removal, 3 Inches Deep; 60,580 SF Cold Plane Pavement Removal, 6 Inches Deep; 4,963 TN Level 2, 1/2 Inch ACP Mixture; 13,126 SF Concrete Walk, Ramp, 4 Inches Thick; 2,646 SF Pavement Bar, Type B-HS. All work must be completed by July 1, 2024. The Agency reserves the right to issue Addenda making changes or corrections to the Plans, Specifications or quantities. The Agency will provide Addenda only by publishing them on the OregonBuys website. No additional notification of addendum issuance will be provided. The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids or to waive any specification or requirement upon a finding of the City that it is in the public interest to do so.
