Contract Terms: Lump sum (fixed price, stipulated sum), with incentives. D. The currently occupied premises at the project site are open for examination by bidders only during the following hours: Question Deadline 09/14/2023 at 5:00 PM PT Response to questions and Addendum issued Desired Construction Start: Immediately upon execution of contract. Desired Substantial Completion Date: Not later than 270 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Desired Final Completion Date: Not later than 284 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Efficient construction timing and sequencing is critical due to requirements of ongoing business operations. The Owner reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at any time.
