Sunol Valley Water Treatment Plant Generator Filter Upgrade This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement of prevailing wage requirements by the California Department of Industrial Relations ("DIR") and the San Francisco Office of Labor Standards Enforcement. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed in a bid for a public works project and no contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project unless registered with the DIR per California Labor Code Section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under California Labor Code Section 1771.1(a)]. The objective of the project is to remove and replace the Sunol Valley Water Treatment Plant's Backup Generator Filter and Load Bank, including the provision of a 1MW, 480VAC, 3PH, 60Hz, temporary backup generator during the construction. The work is to be performed in County of Alameda, California. The Engineer's estimate is $900,000. The contract will be awarded to the responsible Bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid.
