Request proposals for a consulting firm to provide construction management and inspection services for the Bolinas Lagoon Wye Wetlands Resiliency Project to furnish a Construction Manager, Resident Engineer and Structures Representative as necessary to perform pre-construction site visits and documentation; project start-up tasks; daily construction inspections and documentation; lead contractor progress meetings and coordination with County partners; ensure environmental permitting compliance; prepare status reports of construction progress, costs and schedules; perform construction engineering tasks including materials testing and source inspections; provide construction staking quality assurance; assist with public outreach; manage risks and claims; ensure grant funding compliance; and complete project close out activities. Any questions related to this RFP shall be submitted in writing to the attention of the Construction Division Manager via email at DPWEngineering@marincounty.org. Questions shall be submitted before 4:00 PM on September 19, 2023. Contract Award and Notice to Proceed: December 5, 2023
