Reference Number 0000329452 Following the December 2021 Marshall Fire, the City has helped facilitate rebuilding within the impacted neighborhoods. At this stage in the rebuilding process, many homeowners are completing the rebuilding process and will be occupying property in the impacted neighborhoods. Because of this, the City intends to require minimum property maintenance standards on vacant lots for those who are not rebuilding. If the property owner chooses not to maintain their lot to City standards, the City intends to remediate the lots through our abatement processes. This contract is to assist the City with the necessary site work to remediate any property maintenance issues.
